The first clip looks like the Jennifer Love Hewitt scene from the Jackie Chan film "The Tuxedo" (if you rent a high res dvd version you can do frame by frame analysis on this, cos in middle of this scene her boobs pop out for 1-2 frames by accident...and amazingly the editors forgot to cut that from the film).
