It will fair just fine, just hang up to dry after. Leather shows will be fine too. I have gone swimming in many fine suits, kinda fun and everything is still wearable.

It's about time I donate my suit (circa 1992), which I'd like to swim in (I've never swum in a suit). Does anyone have experience with after-swim care of suits? It's 65% polyester, 35% wool. Will there be any point in donating it afterward? It still looks nice, it's the g/f who thinks it's outta fashion...
