It's funny you should mention that.I'd say the best fountain would be the one in washington square park, since it's in the village people are less uptight about getting wet than say the fountain in front of the metropolitan museum of art.I made a special trip down there this past summer with three rolls of film, food, and water to spend the entire day waiting for any decent wetlook happenings and as you said the water was turned off!Which figures because the summer before that I went down there unprepared and sure enough there were two hot looking girls in these stylish outfits wetting themselves in the fountain!Arrgghh!!!They were young and had on matching tight brown capri leggings, tight tank tops,(with the belly exposed),and brown"jackets"the kind that end before the wrist and midsection. It was something else!If no one goes in the fountain this summer,I might even pay some pretty smartly dressed woman to jump in! |

By JCrew - jon7057@msn.com Sat 01/03/03 04:40:10 GMT Hey all,
Last summer we had a drought here in the NYC area and hence all city fountains were shut down. However, since we've been having a really snowy winter, our drought situation has lifted and as a result everything should be operating as normal. So question to the community, what are the better fountains to check out for possible wetlook in New York? Thanks in advance.
