That must be a new fashion show not on firstview yet...
FYI..the best site for fashion pics is www.firstview.com
The Mcqueen section is at
http://www.firstview.com/alldesigners/AlexanderMcQueen.html
His prior 1998 fashion show with the showers on stage are from this series onwards

You can find wetlook by going thru all the other designers too..checkout this one

I guess we will have to wait a few months before they move those new Mcqueen pics into the free areas. What was the show you saw it on...Fashion TV.

In reply to Message (2524) Alexander McQueen revisited
By AnthonyX - anthonyx@jowc.net Sat 01/03/03 08:09:12 GMT Just caught a bit of a fashion tv broadcast while channel surfing...
The bit featured Alexander McQueen... an all-too-brief shot of a model in a thin, white, very wet blouse parading down a fashion runway. The stage had a huge video screen as a backdrop, and while the models were parading their stuff, the backdrop featured underwater footage of a woman in some sort of loose dress... fabric was floating all around her. Many of the models were sporting "wetlook" hair... not sure if it was water-wet, gelled, or what, but long, thin locks of hair stuck to their faces etc. as if they just stepped out of the shower. Strange eye makeup effects too... sorta like stylized running mascara... can't figure than one out at all. Aside from the one wet blouse already mentioned, none of the other outfits appeared to be wet... if they were, the camera wasn't picking it up.
Anyway, that's my report for the day.
