Yeah...I have it...that was behind the scenes footage that was aired on ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT in the late 1980's. The actual behind the scenes footage is not really any longer than the actual scenes on the final show. The only difference is, the final version on the show was shot on film, so it is film footage, whereas the ET footage is shot on video, so it looks different, cos film always looks "flat" whereas video footage tends to pop out of the screen a bit more.
Personally, I always prefer to see wetlook scenes shot on video (i.e. tv dramas, soaps etc) as opposed to wet scenes shot on film (i.e. movies and most music videos) cos I don't really care for the "flat" look of film....not unless the film stock is glorious technicolor (which is rarely used today...most film stock used in movies today always tends to look dark, soft focus and not with crisp colors).

In reply to Message (3472) Question for MK
By Francis Chu - sfchu@tig.com.au Tue 29/04/03 20:10:09 GMT MK, I have a question regarding the famous Dynasty Heather Locklear/Catherine Oxenberg pool catfight. I know you have a clip of the behind-the-scenes look at the catfight. How long is it, and what does it contain? |
