Since I posted a concern on this forum very recently, I wanted to take the time to make sure that everyone who saw that posting is aware that it was resolved completely and happily. To make a long story short, the problem centered around blocking general email addresses (like all "@aol.com" addresses). Wetlook University had been trying to contact me all along, but I wasn't receiving the messages and they did not know the messages were not getting through (we were both frustrated and could not get hold of each other - THANKS to this forum for helping us sort this out!!!)!

Thanks to all those who repied to my posting and thanks especially to Wetlook University for sorting everything out with swiftness and courtesy
