I'm going to say no, not exactly. Certainly not what we define wetlook as. MK has pretty much pinned it. It is a more traditionalist type of look which happens to use water. The shoot was intended to be sexy and therein lyes an interesting perspective, that I think most people have who aren't familiar with wetlook.

Simply put, wet is sexy. To "regular" people, water can be a metaphor or a device to display sensuality etc. or, there can be a more direct approach, for example, a wet t-shirt contest. Back in the day TV shows used wetlook as a tool to skirt censors. How else can the female form be displayed without actually becoming naked? The end result is women who are wet appear much more sexy, even to those who aren't aware of a wetlook fetish.

A guy told me that I gotta see this video because it has a lot of lingerie. Lingerie - not much, wetlook - yeah. So now I have the question stuck in my mind – is he a wetlooker?
