I think you can do both in the same channel. You can add 4 new videos per month and at the same time add all the videos when they are 3 years old. In that case you can put a monthly subcription price of 20 usd and you can satisfy both of your customers.

Thank you so much for the constructive feedback and suggestion.

It is a very interesting concept that we will examine. However there are subscribers who like to see newer videos and we do our best to satisfy both groups. Maybe two subscription based YouTube channels would work better? Let me know what you think. :)

Its a good thing that you have started your channel to create some type of subscription. However, 4 video for 10 usd might seem cheap but for some people all 4 of these videos might not seem interesting and you end up loosing paid subscribers and money. There is another way you can use the YouTube channel to make more money.

- follow wamoutlet.com style. That is upload all the videos that's are a certain years old to your channel. Like you can upload videos which are 3 years or 30 months old to your channel and increase the subscription fee to 15-20 usd. The way your site operates, it is almost close to impossible to go back and buy video those are 3 years old. So using this strategy will attract more subcribers to your channel and you can also make more money.
