The site can be liable for breach of copyright, but that relies on the copyright holder bringing an action in a court of law. If you are a copyright holder then you most likely have a strong case, but it from what you have presented it is unlikely anything has been filed. Given your poor grasp of English, it is clear you are not from the US (Where Babyspet is domiciled), you will need to bring your case in the US, which will be at a significant expense to you.
