US Lawyer here, just saw this and did some research myself on the matter. No, if you are subscribed to the site you will not be punished. Number two unless the anonymous poster has proof that one of his pictures is on the site he can go to court. However if he does (I doubt it) it'll be hundreds of thousands possibly in legal fees and most likely all that would happen is that babyspet would need to remove the picture. Essentially the poster would go into massive debt. Not to mention as someone else stated he doesn't seem to have the best english grammar skills so he's most likely not in the states. If he would even try to pursue legal action the fees for a foreign party in the US court system can almost double the original legal fees.

Because of the evidence I could submit, which on the page is clearly violated the copyright, it is now possible to proceed against it.

I can only warn against buying an account there.

You can also be punishable by paying for and downloading stolen material.

I know more when I have more.
