I don't like doing this as we prefer to respect people's anonymity. But we are now getting desperate to contact some Styx members who do not respond to emails, do not read the Members News page, or their email address is invalid.

Due to a CCBILL cock-up (their only one with us!) a number of the old $19.99 monthly memberships did not automatically reduce by $1 per month as they were supposed to. We contacted almost everyone affected and sorted out refunds or extra time on their membership.

One member (from France) has now done a chargeback rather than contact us. This not only has the effect of not getting all their money back, it also badly affects their credit rating. So, before anyone else screws their personal credit rating, please can I ask for the 4th (I think!) and FINAL time ...
