If anybody ask you why you are wet, just say that you have tried to commit suicide with a water gun ;-) |

By Victor - victor.ivanovich@mail.ru Tue 13/09/05 13:51:32 GMT Hi Bonnie! Thanks for your story! You know, sometimes(or maybe often?) our thoughts and ideas materialize. In other words what we want to happen begins to happen to us. Of course it is great that you are not like those who really want to go in but afraid. And afraid of what? What business is that of others? People don't really pay much attention to it. And if worst comes to the worst what can happen? Someone may ask you something like "Why are you swimming in clothes?" (And even that doesn't happen too often). And the answer: "I haven't got a swimsuit" will do. Just as simple as that. Still too many people cannot make up their minds. Besides a lot of people who have tried and enjoyed the experience don't repeat it because they cannot really understand what made them like it. In other words, maybe it has something to do with the lack of information about wetlook. What do you think? After you were pushed in a pool in your suit for the first time, if Carl hadn't explained to you about wetlook, would you have tried it again or would it have remained just something like a "funny incident at a party"? Bye. Victor. |

By Bonnie - Tue 13/09/05 07:35:44 GMT A year ago no one would have thought to push me into a pool with my clothes on. This year things must be different. Perhaps it is because I smile when someone threatens to get me wet or that I don't run away from the side of the pool. Perhaps my mates have given the game away and tell the lads that fancy a laugh that I like swimming clothed. We went to watch the cricket on Sunday at the local recreation centre. The pool was closed to the public after 5.00pm. I watched the cricket but it was boring. Some of the cricketers were a bit special looking and I fancied a few. They became more interested when it finished early for some reason. They had been drinking all day and they got the mananger to open the pool. After about 15 minutes of chatting a lad called Rod grabbed me and said 'what would you say if I pushed you in'.I told him that I wouldn't mind and that I really wanted to go in for a swim all day instead of watching boring cricket. Then his mates grabbed me and picked me up. There were four of them just holding me above the pool. My mates were shouting to throw me in. It seemed ages to wait and then they counted one - two - three and threw me into the pool. Then my mate Emily jumped in before they could get to her. I am so glad that I am not one of those stuufy ones who watches from the side and really wants to get in but is a bit scared. Oh I nearly forget - jeans, trainers and a red sleeveless blouse - no socks.
