Maybe they did not need a model to stand there....cos all he had to do was look at the still photos of Yvette Mimieux in the 1966 western "The Reward"

Unlike, say, cartoons, where people leave the water bone dry, this sculpture looks accurate!
I wonder if he ever took photos of the model — I can't see her wanting to stand there soaking wet for the time required to construct that! |
