I think you should go public because Facebook can also host your videoclips and pics and they are less stringent than Youtube and more likely to leave you alone and not delete your page. I have had the same problems you had with Youtube and Vimeo and have had my channel frozen and then deleted on Youtube 3 times in the past, so I don't bother uploading clips to Youtube any more, cos it is just a waste of my time to upload a couple hundred videos and then 1 person flags and complains about a video and then they delete my entire account....they are Judge, Jury and Executioner. So for the past 2 years I have been uploading to Facebook and Twitter instead, and so far no problems at all with Facebook or Twitter.
The slight difference between Facebook and Twitter viz uploading videos, is that Facebook allows long videos (1-2hrs) and tv clips are no problem (no need to play editing games like reversing the image or adjusting the speed or picture framing the imagery to avoid Youtube music and video detector,,,,cos Facebook does not use those controls), but your only restriction is to avoid scenes with graphic nudity (which means...a wet t shirt contest is OK...so long as they don't take their shirts off). If you want to display wetlook erotica with nudity..... Facebook does not allow that, but Twitter does.....but your videos can only be up to 2 mins 20 seconds long......which is not bad actually, cos the Twitter video limit used to be 30 seconds, but last year they increased it to 2 mins 20 seconds.....and most tv wet scenes are less than 2 minutes anyway. BTW....why 2 mins 20 seconds....because that is 140 seconds and Twitter wants it to match their 140 character limit for messaging.
Good Luck with your page.

https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100015456544876
all settings are private, so only you and I will know it is a wet look page - :)
or what do you suggest? should I go public? or leave it private?
wondering what you think.
