Most Russian clips are avialable at "Music Box Russia" channel, which can be caught all over Europe from Hot Bird Satellite in digital. From almost every European country (+ Israel) you can vote on the clips you want by SMS. So especially in not-peak hours if you know of some Russian clips with wetlook you can easily see wetlook clips at reasonable price.
