But, modesty in the name of religion, right? Ie its only religious jews who dress like this to swim. The secular israeli's dress in normal swimwear. Or am i wrong altogether?

By the way, JewishWet, could you expand a little on what's going on in those pictures? Is bathing in clothes a religious ritual, or are these people not allowed to show themselves? Or anything else?
