That's how I do:

Click the previous or next image. Now you see the image of your choice as thumbnail for next or previous.

Right click it and let the thumb open in a new window.

It now has a name with a finish as "_s". Remove this "_s" (which obviously stands for "small version" i.e. the thumb), pres Enter again and you will get to see the real image which you simply can save as usual.

Works with IE and Netscape.
