i've been shooting photos for about 10 minutes now, but my guess is that he used a gold disc reflector on the model's right side (camera side), and perhaps a diffused off camera light to the left of the camera (behind and on the model's right, from her perspective).
but i am also eager to hear the real answer from the teacher himself! EdR, what did you do to create this effect? would you also mind telling us what you typically use, gear-wise, in your shoots.
best wishes. G. |

By jetwetfun - jet@jetwetfun.com Mon 28/07/08 15:26:37 GMT Great shots! I'm not sure how you got that orange glow in the first one, but it's a wonderful photo!
Ok, how did you do it? Was the lighting really that great or did you use filters or touch it up in Photoshop? You had light coming in the the back/right side, but the front lighting on her is great! Reflectors? Can you give a few tips to us amateurs? |
