As I recall, according to Facebook's terms of use, any pictures you upload become the property of Facebook; i.e. you relinquish all legal rights to them, and Facebook can do as they choose with them. It makes life easier for Facebook in terms of control of intellectual property, which is why the clause exists. It means that you are in breach of Facebook's terms of use when you upload pictures which are not your own, because you have no authority to give ownership of them to Facebook. In other words, pictures you upload to Facebook have to be yours to begin with.

"Hot-Wet-Girls" may be nice while it lasts, but with all those commercially produced pictures, it will be shut down as soon as it is noticed by anyone at Facebook.

Thank you for sharing, there are a lot of wetlook fans on facebook. Just one thing, I don't remember if that's still the case, but last time I checked they had some kind of a disclosure that whatever photos you upload are not copyrighted.

I might create a wetlook profile on facebook as well, but for now I only have my hosiery profile up without much personal info there.

The reason is that I just don't like the concept of social networks. I don't know why, but it just brings too many people together and brings too many unwanted questions as a result like "why do you have those friends who jump into ponds with clothes on?" or something of that sort. It's one thing to explain it to a stranger, but it's another thing if it's your co-worker, etc.
