I spent Saturday, Sunday and Monday this past weekend (4 - 6 hours each day), wading and swimming in my clothes on the beaches of South East England. It was a hot sunny weekend, and the beaches were packed; there were many many other wet clothed people, so I doubt if anybody even really noticed me. On Sunday evening I walked into a Michelin-recommended restaurant less than an hour after swimming in the same clothes, and got a table no bother - and three times during the weekend went into pubs less than half an hour after coming out of the water. I took lots of pics (of other people, not me!), which I hope I can upload to Flickr soon (I say "hope" because I dropped my phone and cracked the case right at the end of Monday, so I'm not 100% sure the upload will work).
But if you're nowhere near the sea, I've got wet in rivers, lakes and ponds all over the UK; if you're dressed for hiking or other outdoor activity, and its a hot day, people will think its perfectly natural for you to want to cool off. Just tell them that when you're exercising hard your body will get your clothes wet from the inside if you don't get them wet from the outside - and that water smells nicer than sweat! |

A rainy day its no problems to be in the rain...all people need to be outside when they are going to and from work and other thing. Beaches sounds nice...good place to go to be wet.
If you live near a beach you can jump in and go home with wet clothes. |

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knows any creative ways to get wet, preferably in public, that won't get you into trouble. Maybe in a mall, or at a school, without the security or the police chasing you away.
