A bit of a vague question. For fully clothed, some outfits don't require as much clothing as others do (summer sets don't need as much as winter sets). And I'm not exactly a fan of including something just for the sake of being there, like there's a "wetlook clothing checklist" that needs to have every possible entry checked off in some way, regardless of whether or not it actually belongs there.
It's an interesting case of where "more is more" but there can also be "too much". Quick - we can put a cap on that head! She's wearing a t-shirt? Put a jacket over that! She's only wearing a dress? Match it with some gloves and jewels! And possibly a veil! Again, it's about having something that flows well together.
Fully soaked can vary on the scene, context, and things like that. It's easier to get fully soaked in a swimming pool than it is with a 6 pack of bottles, even though both can produce great or terrible scenes.
And then there are things like location, time of day... |
