| Dima, first of all you need to learn civility and good customer relations. To suggest someone not buy your videos any more just because of a one off complaint shows you up as someone who cannot take criticism or wants to improve. Secondly, where does it say these are backstage sets? If they had been clearly marked as such then I would not have bought them. Other producers also, from time to time, produce backstage sets but these are clearly stated with something in the title such as "The Making Of..." However, your rudeness means that I definitely weill not be buying from you again. If I ever made a complaint with other producers I have always received a civil reply and that includes even if the producer does not agree with me. You really need to learn this art. Politeness goes a long way and costs nothing. Your attitude simply drives people away. | ||||||||

These 2 short, 1-2 seconds episodes destroyed this amazing set for you?! If hand of photographer (making a closeup-shots in a tiny bathroom) is a risk for you, I suggest you definetely not to buy videos anymore, because we have much more backstage scenes in other sets.

Dima, I thought I would try one of your videos and I was a little disappointed. I have no problem with the model. My complaint is about the fact that I pay to see the model only, NOT the photographer or his camera. He seemed to get in the way and for me it simply spoilt the whole thing. Some of your videos are not to my taste but quite a lot are. I am in the position whereby I do not know if I should risk buying any more of your videos if I am going to also get the photographer and/or the camera man in the film as well. | ||||||||
