I think you've hit the nail on the head with your reference to previous DOS attacks, Anonymous from Bermuda. I don't think the deletion of the baptism posts was a decision by admin (at least, not this year). See my previous post here:

Although I previously defended multiple posters (as you'll see in one of the posts in the link above), I think the baptism poster was just OTT, and deserved to be stopped.

It isn’t what was being posted that was the problem, though some people object to baptism media, it isn’t against forum rules and many enjoy them.

The problem is with lots of posts containing just one or two links.

It is flooding the forum and selfish, it wouldn’t be any effort to simply put all the links in one post per day.

Flooding the forum is very unfair to other posters, their posts get pushed down and off the page before their time.

Also, although Baptism media is welcome here, not everyone likes it and some find it morally objectionable, so don’t want the forum to be, baptism, baptism, baptism.

This same guy caused issues for the forum a few years ago, doing the same thing, he then flooded the forum with spam a tried DOS attacks.

It not because you don't like those clips, and that you don't like to click more than one post that you need to complain about those clips.

I saw that they were removed and I think it is ridiculous in what world we live. One is complaining and all is listening (and most of all why do you Nigel?). Please just enjoy what you get. If you don't like it, don't click it.

I am sure that it won't harm you if you did click a link you don't like. People spend hours of time trying to provide us content, which some people as me appreciate.

I really hope that this is not going to be the way we are going to continue at this forum. I don't like all the spam from the contributors, but did I ever complain, no, because I understand that they want to sell and need to give some promotions.

I respect lot's of things, but this is really something that makes me really sad and furious at the same time.

PLEASE STOP COMPLAINING. We are adults, not children.

Maybe try to put them under one thread.

And only make a new thread for maybe every 6 hours.

I think the forum will be a little better.
