Every purchase made with a credit card on our site should be received in a matter of minutes after your credit card has been charged.

Please note that some of the email hosting companies treat the communication from our server as spam so it is a good idea to check your spam folder after the purchase.

Some of the email service providers bounce our emails to the customers back to the server (Microsoft does that in almost every case so email addresses hosted at outlook.com and hotmail.com will have issues in general so I highly recommend using a gmail.com address but sometimes Yahoo works as well.

I have a question for any one who lives in the USA and has purchased from EuroWam.

I’m thinking of purchasing a few videos from EuroWam but I would like to know from anyone in the states if their purchase went through just fine or did you have any problems with the payment or video? And do you receive the video immediately after the payment?

Just asking because I have had a few problems purchasing videos from other countries in the past.
