Producers, if you're reading this, please bring back billowing! While not as popular as other things, there is still a demand for it, as well as long skirts and dresses in general, which I never seem to see anymore either!

Billowing has gone out of favour. Wetscape and wamtec did a lot of it back in the day.

It seems the best fabrics for Billowing are synthetic. Polyester, faux leather, etc. Even real leather can billow nicely depending of the fit of the garment.
