My wife has been getting wet for over 20 years, I have around 19,000 photos and videos. Never in public, always behind closed doors. Sometimes it's just for me to take photos. Tongue in check people but an interesting concept. On a related note my wife used to love getting wet in big dresses (she's gotten out of the habit) I think she did it mostly for me but she did really enjoy it though! When traveling she always took several really nice formals so I could video and photo her getting wet in pools and lakes, honestly a part of it too was she enjoyed the attention from others as well, the spectacle.

Yes, there are women who love it. And no, they will never ever be posting on websites like this these days unless they are selling something.

I've known a few in my day. They love getting wet in clothes. They also never took pictures (that I know of) and certainly didn't post here. This site, like any fetish site, screams "objectify me" to any woman who might wander in.
