I am sorry, basically, we primarily answer urgent emails (if something does not work, order or payment issues).

More general emails - questions, a search of a model or specific set, ideas, are answered only when we have free time. I read all of them very carefully, trying to keep in mind all the ideas and asks from each of you, but there is a big, growing and impossible queue of unanswered mails yet.

Sorry again, but I can't delegate this process to someone, but my own abilities are very limited.
