I think we get a lot of rain but it’s just mostly light rain, super annoying and doesn’t really soak you through. Not like in the movies :)

Wry occasionally I’ve been lucky enough to have been caught in a sudden summertime (important that, no jackets!) thunderstorm with the kind of heavy rain that soaks you right through to your underwear, and warm enough that it can be embraced by those caught in it!

In the Netherlands where I lived they occurred quite often in Summer. I would walk in the downpours myself and loved to see the women becoming soaked. I loved those who did not care and continued to walk or bike.

Although England is infamous for rain (although not as much as the rest of the UK), we get far less rain than one might imagine. On all my walks in the last two years, I have only had one unexpected rainstorm. I’ve gone out for walks in the rain (the previous autumn was very wet) but in summer, sudden rainstorms generally don’t happen, which is a real shame. Not in the southeast, anyway.

Public activities what will make you wet?

Do you know any good activities what will make you totally soaked by the water?

Like go to a tivoli and be splashed of water and go around in wet clothes rest of the day and its like 30C weather?
