I think it was "Hauptsache nass" on rtl 2 in 1999. Also included some party girlies talking about how they like to get their clothes wet at parties. I cannot find it on YouTube right now

A woman coming home, when she close the door she going to the bathroom and fill up water in the bathtub, a little later she

jump in the bathtub and sit down fully clothed with jeans, maybe a jeans-jacket.

Remember it like it was about her interest in wetlook or wet jeans and a woman was talking about it meanwhile she was in the bath.
