Honestly, in my opinion, and I know there are many, the best way is to dress like you did not plan to get wet and then go get wet somewhere that it looks completely surprising or like you just couldn't help yourself. Like a pool, fountain, or water ride at an amusement park.
Are you also interested in guys getting wet or just the feeling of yourself doing it? |

I'm a girl interested in wetlook.
What is the best way to get wet in public? Is there a swimming pool in Holland to swim in clothes? I want to put on long sized jeans and long sleeve shirt.
